The problem. Meridian's support queue received 2,400 tickets/day across 180 lanes. Human triage averaged 14 minutes per ticket before routing to a specialist.

What we built. A fine-tuned classifier over 400K historical tickets + a retrieval agent that surfaces the three most similar resolved cases. Integrated directly into Zendesk.

Outcome. Median resolution time dropped from 47 to 27 minutes. Specialist escalations down 31%. Delivered in 11 weeks.

Volta Energy · Utilities

The problem. Overgeneration across 14 plants was costing Volta $2.3M/year in wasted capacity. Existing forecasts used 5-year-old statistical models.

What we built. A gradient-boosted forecasting pipeline that incorporates weather, load history, and grid-interconnect signals. Deployed on Volta's existing AWS footprint.

Outcome. $1.8M in verified annual savings. Forecasts now run hourly instead of daily. Volta's data team owns and extends the pipeline.

Helix Health · Healthcare

3.2x clinician throughput.

The problem. Clinicians across Helix's 22-clinic network spent 34% of their time on documentation. Existing dictation vendors had 12% error rates on medical terminology.

What we built. An ambient scribe with a structured-output layer that maps conversations to the EHR's required schema. Built on Whisper + a fine-tuned 7B model. HIPAA-compliant, fully on-prem.

Outcome. 9,000 notes/day processed. Clinician throughput up 3.2x. Word-error rate on domain terms dropped to 2.1%.
